Sponsoring a Camper

Thank you so much for considering sponsoring a camper’s Camp Quest West experience. Your generosity will help the camper have an amazing summer, filled with science and reason. Please follow these steps to donate money to sponsor a specific camper.

1. Navigate to our registration software at this link and create an account.

2. Once you’ve created an account and signed in, open the menu in the top left corner and select sponsorships or navigate to this link.

3. Click “Purchase a code to distribute”

4. Fill out the information about your sponsorship code in the next page. In the end, you’ll send the code you enter to the family of the camper and they’ll use that code to redeem your sponsorship. If you plan on just sponsoring one camper with this code, you should make sure that “Individual Claim Amount” and “Total Claims Limit” are the same.

5. Once finished, click “Add to cart” and then “Proceed to payment”.

6. Once you’ve checked out, send the code you entered in step 4 to the camper’s family. You’ll receive an email with the code so you can simply forward them that email if you’d like.
